The form above uses Ajax to pass your answer to Domino. However, because of the way the button is coded it will still work when JavaScript is disabled.

The easiest way to test this out is with Firefox and The Web Developer Toolbar. From the Disable menu you can stop JavaScript from working. Once disabled, reload this page and see how it still functions.
